What is provided in the apartment during the stay?

In the apartments you will find all the equipment for the kitchen and bed linen. The bed linen is available on request with a supplement of 20 € per person.
Bath linen is available on request with a supplement of € 15 per person (excluding bathrobe and beach towels).

What is the obligatory HRG Card service? How much does it cost?

The mandatory HRG Card includes many services for your holiday and has a cost of € 50 (up to 30/6 and from 1/9) and € 80 in the remaining periods.
The price is  per stay per apartment, to be paid upon arrival.

Is parking available into the Residence?

Yes, we have 4 parking options:
  • Enclosed parking at 500 mt from the residence: free
  • Uncovered Parking into the residence € 6 per day
  • Garage into the residence: € 7 per day
  • Covered  parking in residence: € 10 per day

Are pets allowed?

Yes, we accept your good and polite four-legged friends,

however there are unwritten rules, but dictated by common sense and respect for the holiday of others to which the owners must follow

We will supply the bowls!

There is a cost of € 40 per week to be paid upon check-in.

Check in and check out times?

Check-in starting from 3 pm onwards, without time limits, thanks to our reception, open 24 hours a day. Check out within 10 am.

Is the beach included in the price?

Yes, the beach is private and included in  price.

The price includes 1 umbrella and 2 beach-beds pro Apartment (from the third row). It is also possible to reserve the first and second rows, upon request, with a supplement.

How far is the distance from the sea?

No distance, we are directly on the beach!

There is a Restaurant?

Yes, we have a typical restaurant (also piadineria and pizzeria), with Menu à la Carte; delivery service in the apartment and takeaway service.
For your stay on request, breakfast, half board or full board treatments.

Do you cook for celiacs?

No, but we have a partner restaurant just 100 meters away that offers 10% discount to our guests.

How can I confirm my reservation?

To confirm the reservation, is required a deposit  from 30% to 100%, based on the type of proposal.
The deposit must be paid within 7 days by bank transfer, credit card, satispay or cash. After 7 days we will cancel the booking.
The balance of the entire stay will be requested upon delivery of the keys.

If I had something unexpected and had to give up the holiday?

Don't worry: we are partners of Allianz Global Assistance, an insurance that allows you to take advantage of our offers with even more peace of mind. With a simple click, you can activate the Allianz Booking Protection, which protects your booking (even non-refundable) in the event that unexpected events occur, which obliges you to cancel, anticipate or postpone your holiday.

The Allianz Booking Protection insurance has been designed specifically for hotel stays. Costs vary, according to those booking or the deposit. On average, for a week in high season the cost is about 20 €. or from € 10-15 if the stay is shorter. This is only a small part of what you can save, if you book early!

How much is the tourist tax?

In Bellaria Igea Marina tourists are welcome and no tourist tax is required.
